Christmas Time Is Here

I feel like I have been waiting for Christmas to come forever...thank goodness it's finally here! The day after Thanksgiving, I began decorating! Since we are renting a house we decided not to get a real tree, so we had to get creative!

Stephanie bought us this cute Pensacola Beach ornament. It is a picture of the huge lighted sign that directs you to the beach.

The boys are ready for Christmas too! They have already gotten some toys from Nana (Stephanie). She was in town for the past 4 days. Most of the presents are gone...they have been shipped to family and friends.

I thought that since we were at the beach, we should use some shells for decorations. I boiled a few, painted them silver and hung them on the table top tree. I think they turned out beautiful!

Here is our table top tree...so cute!

Besides the Pensacola Beach ornament, we had the Tchoupitoulas ornament. It was the one we bought last year to remind of of where we spent Christmas!

I love this Santa!

Thank goodness we had a fireplace to hang out stockings!
I think there are some goodies inside!

A few more decorations

Last year, the boys had their picture made with Santa at Petcetera (a doggie store on Magazine). I had to put it out!

Besides the table top tree, we dressed up the fake palm tree with some mini lights! It looks so pretty at night! It's simple, but I love it!

I hope that everyone is ready for Christmas...only 3 more days!
May we all experience the HOPE, JOY and PEACE that Christ brings!
