On Thanksgiving Day, Chris spent the morning at practice while the boys and I watched the Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade and the AKC Dog Show (the boys' favorite). That afternoon, we headed downtown to Joey and Emily Harrington's house.
Joey carved the turkey. They cooked the majority of the meal: the turkey, dressing, cranberry sauce, mashed potatos and Irish country bread (yes, the baked the bread from scratch...it is Joey's family recipe).
Maria and I helped Emily in the kitchen.
Josh chilled in front of the tv while he waited for dinner.
Maria and Josh brought sweet potato casserole, rolls and a Greek appetizer (Maria's family is Greek). Chris and I brought pumpkin pie with whipped cream, brownies and ice cream.We had such a great time!
